Feasterville Man Sent Harassing Messages, Drove Around Neighborhood With Weapon, Police Say

A Feasterville man was arrested after police say he sent harassing messages to a victim and drove around their neighborhood several times with a weapon.

The victim told police that Dean E. Toothman Jr., 30, was the man harassing them, which resulted in police issuing an arrest warrant on March 21, according to the Central Bucks Regional Police Department.

Toothman was taken into custody on April 2, where he was charged with stalking and harassment, police said.

Toothman was arraigned with a bail amount set at $25,000 and was subsequently remanded to Bucks County Prison.
